Before Entering

Please change into the provided slippers before entering the room.

Please leave your shoes in the designated area.

Large bags and travel luggage may be left at the entrance.

Please disinfect your hands and feet before entering.

Entering the Café

The double doors are operated manually.

After entering, please close the glass door behind you, then open the inner door. Please show your name and reservation details at the counter on the right.

During Your Visit

After entering, please sit in the seat assigned by our staff.

Enjoying Time with the Cats

Please enjoy taking photos of the cats playing with the trains and relaxing on the diorama.

There may be snack time with the cats during your visit. However, depending on the cats' condition on the day, snack time may not be available.
